1. Return Time
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.

2. Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The product should be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged by misuse or improper handling.
  • Products that have been installed or repaired by others.

4. Refund or Replacement
Once we receive and check the returned item, we will offer either:

  • A replacement (if available), or
  • A refund (within 5–7 working days).
